This strap type IV fastener CNC rapid prototyping was custom made by Kingco in July, 2016. The strap fastener CNC prototyping was exhibited at 2016 InnoTrans in Germany. Kingco totally made six fastener prototypes, including drawing design, CNC machining, manual processing, assembly and packaging. The customer was satisfied with Kingco’s products and service very much, involving polished PMMA transparent cover, custom-made anti-vibration AL case and improvement suggestion for the original drawings to realize the good assembly. In addition, the exhibition was successfully held because of the perfect fastener prototypes that Kingco made. At last, the customer placed orders to Kingco to produce fastener prototype models in batch. Meanwhile, customer signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Kingco.
